The hotel's rooms were a mix of good and bad. They were clean and very nice overall, reminiscent of a college dorm room. However, they lacked cooking and eating utensils in the cabinets, which was a downside. The service was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and pleasant every day, there were moments of stress and flustered reactions, especially when checking in early. The location was a bit underwhelming compared to other places in the area, but it still had its perks, being close to downtown Providence and surrounded by various restaurants. The dining experience had its highs and lows - with available grab n go breakfast but somewhat lacking options, though with plenty of nearby dining choices. Facilities seemed to meet expectations.
